Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags attached, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Every order includes a pre-printed return label. Please keep it in case you need to return your order.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact our customer service immediately at asiakaspalvelu@onnenkyynel.fi if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or a free replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or cancellations for items that have been washed.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for items that have become dirty or have absorbed odors, for example, from being worn.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have received and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Provided that the conditions above do not prevent it, orders shipped to countries within the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason and without providing an explanation. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags attached, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and post it to your account.
