We aim to ship all in-stock items within 2–6 business days, depending on the shipping method you select.
We ship orders with Matkahuolto, Posti, and PostNord. Parcels are delivered to your nearest pickup point or service location, and Posti also offers home delivery or delivery directly to your mailbox when available. At checkout, the available shipping options are automatically determined based on the contents and quantity of your order, so not all carriers may be available for every purchase.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link and shipment details.
Please make sure to collect your parcel before the pickup deadline. Unclaimed parcels are subject to a €10 return and handling fee. You can find the pickup deadline in the email notification sent to you.
