Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
A return requires that the product is in the same condition as when received, that its tags have not been removed, that it hasn't been used and that it is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
With every shipment we include a return document, please save that for a possible return.
You can start a return by sending us a message at asiakaspalvelu@onnenkyynel.fi. We will get back to you shortly with return instructions.
If the return is approved, you can take the package to any Matkahuolto or PostNord service point. We do not accept products sent back to us without a return request.

Wrong and faulty products
Please inspect your order upon receive and contact us immediately (asiakaspalvelu@onnenkyynel.fi) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will cover all return expenses that are due to a faulty or wrong item and will give a full refund or free exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- We do not accept returns or cancellations for products that have been washed
- We do not accept returns or cancellations for products that have absorbed odor or dirt from being worn
- Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you received and place a new order once the return has been approved.
European Union 14-day return period
If the conditions above do not prevent it, you may cancel or return orders shipped within the European Union within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Such a return requires that the product is in the same condition as when received, that its tags have not been removed, that it hasn't been used and that it is in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
